ABOUT ME
I started my FICare journey as a mother of preterm twins.
It has been an honour to champion FICare in the UK and internatianally for over 10 years, and now I can use my PhD in FICare implementation to help neonatal units embed this model of care.
Having served on the FICare committee to publish the British Association of Perinatal Medicine FICare framework for practice, I now co-chair the International FICare Committee, where we focus on educating and empowing neonatal staff to realise the clinical and emotional benefits of FICare for themselves, and the families they serve.
WHY CHOOSE FICare 360?
I support healthcare teams to successfully adopt and sustain FICare through a unique blend of lived experience, strategic communication expertise, and data-driven insight. Combining extensive experience in marketing, stakeholder engagement, and leadership development with a PhD rooted in understanding the barriers and levers to sucessful implementation of FICare, I help organisations understand the real challenges behind change and turn them into practical, workable solutions.
My approach focuses on building team confidence, strengthening collaboration, and embedding FICare practice in everyday care. By aligning people, evidence, and strategy, I help services move from intention to confident, sustainable FICare adoption that delivers meaningful benefits for staff, families, and outcomes for babies.
